Kassandra Montenegro

Kassandra Montenegro currently serves as the Assistant Director of the Career Center at Fairfield University since October 2025. Prior experience includes roles such as Recruiting Coordinator at Jones Day and at Clever Inc., where Kassandra's position was impacted by a lay-off in January 2023. Additional roles encompass Program Manager for Alumni Relations at Fordham University, Alumni Relations Coordinator at both Stanford University and UConn Foundation, and an Operations Assistant for ESPN during the College Football Playoffs. Kassandra also held positions as an Undergraduate Research Assistant and Event Coordinator at the University of Connecticut. Kassandra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Connecticut, completed in 2017, and graduated from Westhill High School in 2012.
