Andrew joined the Fairlie Healthcare Group in August 2013, initially working alongside the Director of Nursing as an Independence Healthcare Consultant to improve and develop policies/ procedures, the clinical governance framework and to audit for CQC regulatory compliance as the Group’s Operations Director. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer in July 2021.
Andrew is a qualified nurse with previous clinical experience in Neuro Rehabilitation and has held various senior positions with other service providers specialising in Neuro Rehab and other long-term neurological conditions. He has Masters degrees in both Health and Social Care Leadership and in Public Health and brings with him a wealth of industry and operational experience and leadership.
Joining the group full time in his new role Andrew is excited for the future of the group, despite the many challenges the industry faces at the moment, through compassionate leadership they are confident they can continue to provide excellence in nursing care to the Patients and grow and develop the Group over the coming years.
