Sohil is a highly effective and experienced Qualified Physiotherapist who joined Fairlie Healthcare in 2018 as a Therapy Team Lead at Highfield House.
Having worked in both the NHS and private sectors for the past 15 years, Sohil’s professional skills have supported treatments within a wide range of specialist therapeutic service departments including Musculoskeletal (MSK), Cardiorespiratory, Occupational Health, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Sports Injuries, Geriatrics, Acute Rehabilitation, Brain Injury, Community Rehabilitation, and Neuro-Rehabilitation.
Sohil is an active member of CSP (Charted Society of Physiotherapy). A passionate believer in a ‘one team’ approach, Sohil is dedicated to ensuring robust and effective communication is developed between internal and external departments and supporting care teams.
Sohil enjoys leading and supporting a diverse team of professionals and believes that investment in people can ‘make or break an organisation’. As a testament to Sohil’s nurturing management style and commitment to staff health and wellbeing – Sohil leads various projects to promote physical and mental wellness in the workplace including the regular “15 minute exercise at work” sessions.
