Gina Aloe

Gina Aloe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment operations. Currently serving as the Director of TA Technology at DaVita Kidney Care, Gina has previously held the position of Head of Recruiting Operations and Enablement at Thumbtack. Additionally, Gina has contributed as a Board Member and President of the Austin Recruiters Network. Formerly, Gina worked as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition Operations & Programs at Flex and provided career coaching and consulting services at Springboard. Gina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of California, Davis, and an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix.
