Stefano Flores

Stefano Flores is a technology expert with extensive experience in software development and project leadership. Currently serving as CTO and Head of Software Development at Fairmat since July 2021, Stefano previously held the position of Technical Lead and CTO at synbrAIn, a tech startup focused on HR applications. Prior roles include IT Project Leader at ADD VALUE, where Stefano led projects for significant clients such as BANCO POPOLARE, and Consultant for UBI BANCA on the development of a new banking platform. Previous experience includes roles as an Analyst Programmer at Zucchetti and as a Java Programmer at SIA s.p.a., along with work as a Java Analyst Programmer at SOLINFO S.r.l. Stefano holds a degree in Computer Science and a diploma in Geometra.
