Balwant Sidhu

Balwant Sidhu is currently employed as a Chef De Partie at Fairmont Hot Springs Resort since February 2020. Prior to that, Sidhu worked as a Second Cook at Panorama Mountain Resort from December 2018 to February 2020. Sidhu obtained a Diploma in Hospitality Management from the College of the Rockies in 2021.
