Jim Cates

Jim Cates is an experienced community manager with a robust background in property management, currently serving as the Community Manager at Fairmont Management Company since September 2024. Cates has held various community management roles at RPM Living, BH Management Services, LLC, and Greystar, with expertise in managing multifamily residential properties. Notable positions include managing Tides on Boca Raton South and The Montgomery At Watters Creek, among others. In addition to property management, Cates has experience as a soccer coach, having worked with Liverpool FC International Academy America and FC Freedom Soccer Club. Cates holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Texas Christian University.
