Ellen Lo

Ellen Lo serves as the Director and Head of Human Resources for Greater China at Knight Frank Greater China since March 2024. Prior to this role, Ellen held the position of Assistant General Manager of Human Resources at K11 Concepts Limited from June 2023 to February 2024, and worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at CHANEL from June 2022 to June 2023. Ellen's extensive experience in the luxury goods sector includes roles at Tiffany & Co. as High Jewelry Manager for Hong Kong and Macau, and as Human Resources Director for the same regions, as well as leading Human Resources and Training for Pan Asia at WWRD Holdings Limited. Additionally, Ellen was Senior Manager of Human Resources and Administration at Global Merchant Funding Ltd from June 2011 to June 2013. Ellen holds a Master’s Degree in Counselling from Monash University and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a joint major in Business and Psychology from Simon Fraser University, concentrating in Human Resources.
