With a career spanning over 18 years, Allison successfully oversaw significant developments such as the $90M renovation of Sun Devil Stadium and the $325M Summit Bechtel Reserve. Proficient in strategic planning, real estate strategies, and donor engagement, Allison has led multidisciplinary teams and secured funding for innovative projects like a leadership retreat and conservation initiatives. Educational credentials include a Master of Architecture from the University of Cincinnati, a Graduate Certificate in Sustainability Management from Harvard University, and specialized training in conservation finance and real estate finance.
