Hannah Ralston-Trimm

Hannah Ralston-Trimm is a skilled Technical Communications Specialist and Technical Author at QuidelOrtho, where responsibilities include gathering and organizing technical information to develop customer guides and adhere to regulatory requirements. With a rich background in library sciences and technology, Hannah has served as a Substitute Librarian at Fairport Public Library and previously held various librarian roles in the Monroe County Library System, managing collections, providing technology support, and organizing community outreach. Additional experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant at Morgenstern DeVoesick PLLC, serving as a Digital Technologies & Online Learning Librarian at SUNY Canton, and providing technical support at Apple Retail. Hannah holds a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science from Syracuse University and a Bachelor's of Science in Biomedical Photographic Communication from Rochester Institute of Technology.
