Atul Saigal has extensive experience in the banking and insurance industry. Atul currently holds the position of Director - Collections & Fraud Operations at Fairstone Bank since February 2020. Prior to that, Atul worked at TD Insurance from September 2018 to February 2020, serving as the Head National Vendor Management Operations - Auto Vertical. During their time at TD Insurance, they successfully managed a team of professionals responsible for delivering operational excellence and quality service through a network of 600 vendors. Atul's previous experience includes roles at American Express, where they held various positions from 1998 to 2018. These positions included Director - US & Canada Collections, Director - US Collections & Global Collections Council, Manager - US Collections, and Sr. Business Analyst - Risk Information Management. Throughout their career, Atul has demonstrated their expertise in collections management, vendor management, operational strategy, and process optimization. Atul has implemented digitalization initiatives, built strong relationships within the industry, and improved customer experience while reducing costs.

Atul Saigal holds a Masters in Computer Application with a focus on Compter Application for Business Solutions from the National Institute for Training in Industrial Engineering (N.I.T.I.E) in Mumbai, India. Atul also earned a Bachelor's degree in Honours Economics from Delhi University.
