Ellice Serrano started their career in 2001 as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Coffey. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as a Credit Analyst at NAB before joining Royal Bank of Scotland Business as a Cash Management Associate from 2008 to 2009. Ellice then returned to NAB and held various roles including Sales Adviser from 2009 to 2010, Business Banking Partner from 2010 to 2017, and Private Client Manager from 2017 to 2019. In March 2020, Ellice joined FairSupply as the first client relationship and sales manager. Ellice played a key role in growing their sales team, participating in the Executive Committee and strategic growth planning, and working with a portfolio of blue chip clients.
