Kate Grannon

Kate Grannon has extensive experience in community health and public health nutrition, currently serving as the Community Health Equity Impact Manager at Fairview Health Services since March 2019. At Fairview, Kate leads community and patient assessments across 11 hospitals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while incorporating an equity lens to advance health equity goals. Previously, Kate held various roles at the University of Minnesota, managing interdisciplinary research projects focused on hunger relief and childhood obesity prevention. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Health in Public Health Nutrition from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
