Luke Woitalla

Luke Woitalla has a strong background in network engineering and cybersecurity. Luke is currently working as a Network Engineer - Lead at Fairview Health Services since July 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Principal Cybersecurity Engineer at the same company from November 2022 to July 2023. Before joining Fairview Health Services, Luke worked as a Senior Network Engineer at Sanford Health from March 2021 to October 2022, where they were responsible for network access control and participated in the implementation of a Cisco SDA fabric network. Luke also has experience as a Network Systems Engineer at Marco Technologies from February 2017 to March 2021 and as a Network Engineer at Essentia Health from March 2016 to February 2017. Additionally, Luke has previous experience in IT support roles, including Service Technician at Mille Lacs Health System from January 2011 to September 2013 and PC Support at the same organization from January 2010 to January 2011, as well as an IT Intern from June 2009 to January 2010.

Luke Woitalla received their education from Minnesota State Community and Technical College. Luke obtained an Associate's Degree in Network Technology Administration from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, from 2012 to 2014, Luke earned a Cisco Networking Certificate with a focus on Cisco Routing and Switching. Luke also holds multiple certifications from Cisco, including CCNA Wireless, CCNA Routing & Switching, and Cisco Certified Network Professional Wireless (CCNP-W). In 2020, they obtained the Understanding Cisco Wireless Network Fundamentals certification.
