Susan Pleasants

Dr. Susan Pleasants has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Susan began their career at North Memorial Health in 2014, where they held several roles including Physician, Physician Builder, and Ambulatory Chief Medical Informatics Officer. In 2019, they joined Fairview Health Services as a Physician in Urgent Care and subsequently took on roles such as Medical Director in Informatics, Associate CMIO, and Chief Medical Informatics Officer. Susan also served as the Vice President of Population Health and Connected Care. In 2022, they became the Senior Vice President of Optimal Care at Fairview Health Services.

Susan Pleasants, MD, MBA completed their education at the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business from 2017 to 2019, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Susan then attended the University of Minnesota Medical School, where they obtained a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in the field of Medicine.
