Ross Kemp attended Oconee County High School, where they completed their secondary education. After graduating from high school, they enrolled at Syracuse University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in History. Following their undergraduate studies, Ross pursued further education at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Health Administration.

In addition to their formal education, Ross Kemp has also obtained additional certifications. Ross completed the Executive Development Program (COO Track) at HCA Healthcare in December 2022, and they are also a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers.
