Aaron Goldman

Aaron Goldman has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and staffing, primarily focused on clinical and scientific roles. Aaron started their career in 2011 as a Clinical Recruiter at Joule Clinical Staffing, where they worked until December 2012. From there, they joined Joulé Clinical and Scientific Staffing Solutions as a Senior Clinical Recruiter, where they worked from December 2012 to July 2013. Aaron then moved to Integrated Resources, Inc in January 2014 as a Clinical Recruiter and stayed until May 2014. Subsequently, they worked at Randstad Life Sciences as a Clinical Recruiter from June 2014 to April 2016. In 2016, they joined The Steely Group, where they held multiple roles including Clinical Recruiter from April 2016 to April 2017, Senior Clinical Recruiter from April 2017 to March 2018, Clinical Recruitment Team Lead from April 2018 to July 2019, and Principal Clinical Recruiter from July 2019 to January 2021. Finally, they worked as the Director of Recruitment at The Steely Group from February 2021 to January 2023. Aaron is currently working as the Director of R&D Search Practice at Fairway Consulting Group from January 2023.
