Ryan Stevens

Ryan Stevens has been working in the property management industry for over two decades. Ryan currently serves as the Director of Operations at Fairway Management, Inc., where Ryan oversees operations for numerous properties in multiple states. Prior to this role, Ryan worked as a Regional Manager at the same company, managing a portfolio of affordable properties. Before that, Ryan gained experience as a Leasing Consultant at Affordable Equity Partners, where Ryan successfully marketed and leased properties in several states. Ryan Stevens holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, and Real Estate from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
