Elisha González

Elisha González has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Elisha currently holds the position of Vice President of Community Relations & Government Affairs as well as Executive Director of the FAIRWINDS Foundation at FAIRWINDS Credit Union since May 2019. Prior to this role, they served as President & CEO of Elisha González Inc. from June 2018 to 2021. Elisha also worked as the Government and Community Relations Manager at Duke Energy Corporation from January 2016 to May 2018. Before transitioning into the corporate world, Elisha González held the position of Director of Community Affairs and Executive Director of Valencia Promise & Take Stock in Children at Valencia College from 2006 to 2016. Elisha also served as Regional Director at the U.S. Senate in 2006. Their career began in education, where they worked as a Principal at Orange County Public Schools from 1994 to 2006.

Elisha González holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. Elisha also completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Central Florida.
