Vladyslav Boiko has a diverse range of work experience in the software engineering field. In 2014, they began their career as a freelance Frontend Developer before moving on to work for various companies. Vladyslav worked at Business site as a Frontend Developer from October 2014 to October 2015. Vladyslav then joined Cluise, Inc. as a Frontend Developer from October 2015 to February 2017, where they contributed to the development of a smart wardrobe organizer mobile application. In 2017, they joined Koyfin as a Frontend Developer for a short period of time.

In 2018, Vladyslav joined Redeam as a Senior Frontend Developer, where they developed web services and created the architecture of the company's products. Later in 2018, they joined EVO as a Lead JavaScript Engineer, where they played a pivotal role in the development and success of a complex software solution. Vladyslav'sresponsibilities included creating frontend architecture, writing technical tasks, building and supporting microservices, conducting code reviews, and managing integrations with tour operators.

From 2019 to 2020, Vladyslav worked as a Lead JavaScript Engineer / Team Lead for an unnamed company in the online gaming services industry. Vladyslav took on a pivotal role in the development and management of a gaming website, leading a full-stack development team and managing integrations with third-party services.

Since 2020, Vladyslav has been working at Fairwords as a Lead Software Engineer. Fairwords is a communications compliance software company that was acquired by MyComplianceOffice (MCO) in June 2023. At Fairwords, Vladyslav was involved in the development of innovative software that detects, prevents, and measures risky communications in real-time. Vladyslav also ensured the lowest false positive noise and a user-friendly alert review experience for supervisors.

Vladyslav Boiko obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' in 2015. Vladyslav then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same institution, graduating in 2017.
