Dr. Gertrudis A. Hunter

Dr. Gertrudis A. Hunter serves on the Board of Directors at My Shared Faith and has extensive experience in leadership and organizational oversight. In addition to current roles with Faith in Action and A Moment of Magic Foundation as an advisor and council member, Dr. Hunter holds a vice-chair position at 2nd Chance Lifesavers while also overseeing impact and evaluation efforts. Past roles include Community Engagement Manager at Unite Us and Executive Director of Social Services at Angel's Arm's Ministry LLC, where strategic planning and team development were key responsibilities. Dr. Hunter's educational background includes a PhD in Public Policy Administration with a law specialization and a Juris Doctorate from Birmingham School of Law.
