Mike Elsea

Mike Elsea has extensive work experience in the building materials industry. Mike started their career at Moore-Handley, where they worked in inside sales and eventually managed a team specializing in lumber and building material sales. Mike then joined Marvin's, Inc. as a buyer and supply chain category manager. Mike moved on to Georgia-Pacific/BlueLinx, where they advanced to become a district manager with P&L responsibility. After that, they joined Builders FirstSource, initially through the acquisition of Jasper Lumber. Mike quickly rose through the ranks, holding positions such as regional sales manager, director of commercial sales, and eventually regional vice president. Mike was responsible for the full P&L of an $800+ million division with multiple locations and over 1,200 employees. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer at Faithway Alliance, LLC.

Mike Elsea earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Montevallo between 1989 and 1993.
