Eng. Eman Muzayn

Eng. Eman Muzayn has extensive experience in quality and risk management roles within the healthcare industry. Eng. Eman served as the Quality and Risk Management Director at Fakeeh Care from 2016 onwards, where they provided oversight and direction in the Quality and Risk Management Department. Eng. Eman also assisted in the development of activities that promoted improvement in patient care, safety, customer service, and systems management. Prior to that, they worked at Abdul Latif Jameel Hospital as the Quality Director and Management of Information Adviser from 2012 to 2016. In this role, they coordinated and administered the hospital's Quality Improvement Program and promoted quality improvement and risk management through various means of education, communication, and commitment. Eng. Eman also served as the IT/MOI Manager at ALJ Hospital from February 2012 to January 2013, where they managed project evaluations, planning, and implementation, and upgraded the information system.

Eng. Eman Muzayn has a strong background in education, with a focus on healthcare administration, quality control, and computer system engineering. Eng. Eman began their studies at the University of Sunderland from 2003 to 2008, where they pursued a degree in computer system engineering. During this time, they also attended PC.Net in 2008 to gain knowledge in Oracle and Oracle Database Administration.

In 2013 to 2014, Eng. Eman Muzayn enrolled at The American University in Cairo to complete a Total Quality Management Diploma, specializing in quality. Following this, they attended The KPI Institute in 2015 to further specialize in KPI (Key Performance Indicators) as a professional.

Eng. Eman Muzayn's interest in healthcare administration led their to pursue a Higher Diploma in Healthcare Administration from the American University of Ras AlKaimah in 2016. Additionally, they obtained certification as a Certified Professional Healthcare Quality from the National Association of Healthcare Quality in the same year.

Furthermore, Eng. Eman Muzayn has obtained additional certifications, including a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt from ASQ and a KPI Professional certification from Total Quality Management S.A., further enhancing their expertise in quality control and safety.
