Hajir Almoshaikah has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They currently work as the Director of Partnerships at Fakeeh Care Group since 2022. Prior to this, they held positions at Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, where they served as the General Manager of Strategic Partnerships and General Manager of Strategy from 2021 to 2022. They also worked as the Director of Strategic Partnerships from 2021 to 2022.

Before their role at the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, Hajir worked at the Ministry of Health Saudi Arabia, where they held the position of Transformation Planning Manager, Planning & Oversight at Health Holding Company (HHC) from 2019 to 2020. They also worked at the Transformation Management Unit (TMU) - Vision Realization Office (VRO) from 2018 to 2020.

Hajir Almoshaikah also has experience in the healthcare sector, having worked at New York-Presbyterian Hospital as part of the Global Services & Business Development team from 2014 to 2018. They also had roles at Children's National Health System as a Sr. Global Patient Services Liaison and Sr. Interpreter/Translator, Global Services from 2013 to 2014.

Their early career includes an internship at Sade Wellness in 2012 and an internship at American Red Cross National Capital Region from 2009 to 2010.

Hajir Almoshaikah completed a Certificate in Executive Development Program from IE Business School in 2019. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2012, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Health Promotion Management from Marymount University. Hajir also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences from Marymount University, which they received from 2005 to 2010. In terms of certifications, Hajir Almoshaikah is a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) obtained from Prosci in January 2020. Hajir also completed a Strategy & Business Planning certification from Healthcare Leadership Academy in July 2019. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Strategic Project Manager (CSPM) from LEORON Institute.
