Steve Gutterman

Steve Gutterman has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Steve is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Falcon Brands since December 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at General Cannabis Corp from December 2019 to May 2021. Before their role at General Cannabis Corp, they worked as the President at Harvest, Inc. from June 2018 to December 2019. From January 2013 to January 2018, they held the position of CEO at Mobile Accord, Inc. Before that, they were the President and Managing Director at MBH Enterprises from 2005 to 2012. Steve also served as the COO and EVP, E*TRADE Bank at E*TRADE Financial from 2000 to 2005.

Steve Gutterman obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Tufts University in 1992. Following that, they attended Columbia Law School from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree. From 1994 to 1996, they also pursued an MBA at Columbia Business School.
