Carmen Abad

Carmen Abad is an experienced professional in human resources and training, currently serving as Supervisora de Entrenamiento y SGI RRHH at Falconbridge Dominicana (Falcondo) since October 2015. Concurrently, Carmen has co-owned MyC Multi Services, a business that includes a bookstore and copy center, since December 2013. Previous roles at Falconbridge from 2005 to November 2013 included Senior HR Analyst and Project Analyst, focusing on employee benefits, payroll management, and project oversight. Carmen's educational background includes a Licentiate degree in Administration from Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo and a Master's in Business Administration, as well as various diplomas in human resource management and teacher training.
