Andrew Feinberg has a strong background in government and military roles. Andrew currently works as the Navy Program Executive Office for Digital Enterprise Service Technical Director Support at Falconwood, Incorporated. Prior to this, they were a Transportation/Shipbuilding Analyst at Gemini Industries. Andrew also served as the Director of Navy Investment Security Office and the Director of the Navy's Operational Energy Office at the Chief of Naval Operations Staff. Before that, they were the Commander at the Joint Warfare Analysis Center and a Military Operations Consultant at the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC). Andrew Feinberg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University, attending from 1984 to 1989. Andrew then pursued further education, completing a Master of Arts degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, studying there from 1999 to 2000. In addition to their academic achievements, Feinberg has obtained certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in January 2022 and an ITIL v4 Foundation Level certification from PeopleCert in October 2020.
