Claudine Farah has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Claudine began their career as a Technical Writer and Terminologist at Nortel in 1996 and later became an XML Pilot Manager within the same company. Claudine then worked as a Consultant, Project Manager at GTCI, where they successfully managed an outsourcing project in France and ensured all deadlines were met.
Claudine later joined Quest Software as a Manager of Technical Communications, where they led a team of technical writers and implemented cost-saving measures. Claudine also standardized document templates and collaborated with other managers and directors to improve the quality of documentation.
In 2005, they transitioned to Nortel as a Consultant, Standards Design, where they developed guidelines for a new purchasing process and researched hardware purchasing policies. Claudine then joined Dell as a Sr. Community Advisor / Project Manager, where they managed a system migration project and developed a community content migration strategy.
In 2017, Claudine founded their own consulting company, iFarah Consulting, where they worked until 2023. Claudine then joined Verint as a Professional Services Consultant, driving customer engagements from pre-sales to post-production and consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets.
Currently, Claudine is the Director of Project Management at Falkon Technologies, a position they assumed in 2023.
Claudine Farah obtained their Bachelor's degree in Translation from the University of Ottawa from 1993 to 1996. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in High Tech at the same university, from 1997 to 2001. Prior to these degrees, Claudine completed studies in Lettres Française from 1990 to 1995, also at the University of Ottawa.
