Amy Morse

Amy Morse is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in case management and community support. Currently serving as an RN Navicare Case Manager at Fallon Health since March 2016, Amy oversees the coordination of medical, prescription, and support care for seniors enrolled in the Medicare Advantage Plan and Senior Care Option program. Prior to this role, Amy worked at Community Counseling of Bristol County from March 2007 to January 2015 as a Community Support Program Supervisor, Case Manager, and Hospital Project Lead, providing intensive case management services to at-risk clients. Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Rhode Island College and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bridgewater State University.
