Jessica Medeiros

Jessica Medeiros has over two decades of experience in healthcare management and coordination. Currently serving as Manager of Clinical Integration at Fallon Health since May 2013, Jessica has held roles including Supervisor of NaviCare Community and Navigator. Prior experience includes working as a Complex Care Coordinator at BMC HealthNet Plan/Well Sense Health Plan from October 2009 to May 2013, and as Provider Relations at BMC HealthNet Plan prior to that. Jessica also served as Office Manager at Dartmouth Medical Equipment from January 2002 to May 2008. Jessica received education from Bristol Community College and the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
