Nicole Foster

Nicole Foster is a seasoned healthcare professional with a diverse background in behavioral health and medical expense program management. Currently serving as a Total Medical Expense Program Manager at Fallon Health since August 2021, Nicole has also held key roles including ACO Community Partner and Flexible Services Program Coordinator and Clinical Integration Behavioral Health Care Coordinator on the ACO Team. Prior experience includes working as a Behavioral Health Care Coordinator at Central Community Health Partnership, where involvement in the Massachusetts Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) investment program focused on enhancing patient outcomes and reducing Medicaid spending. Nicole's early career includes roles as a Senior Residential Counselor and Medication Coordinator at The Bridge of Central Massachusetts and as an Administrative Assistant for the Framingham Board of Health. Currently pursuing a certification in Health Care Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, Nicole has demonstrated a strong commitment to improving healthcare delivery through effective case management and coordinated care initiatives.
