Marguerite Fleming

Marguerite Fleming is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public administration and policy development. Currently serving as the Assistant Town Manager for the Town of Falmouth, Maine, since June 2019, Marguerite provides crucial support in policy research, ordinance drafting, and multi-department project management relating to long-range planning, transportation, and community improvements. Previous roles include serving as Special Assistant to the Dean at the University of Maine School of Law, where event coordination and social media management were key responsibilities. Marguerite also gained valuable experience through internships with the Town of Scarborough and the City of Portland, as well as various positions in community service and legal support. Marguerite holds a Master of Policy, Planning, and Management from the University of Southern Maine and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Tulane University.
