Rebecka Palmer

Rebecka Palmer is an experienced social worker with a strong background in advocacy and community services. Currently serving as a Socialsekreterare at Falu kommun since September 2021, Rebecka has previously held significant roles including Director of Peer Integration Services and Coordinator of the Peer Integration Project at Westchester Independent Living Center, Inc. from June 2016 to December 2021. Additionally, Rebecka worked as a Local Childcare Consultant for Cultural Care Au Pair and managed projects at Victims Assistance Services. Earlier positions include Yonkers Site Director and Victim Advocate Supervisor at WestCOP/Victims Assistance Services. Rebecka holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from The College of New Rochelle and has an academic background from SUNY Westchester Community College.
