Brittany Sothern has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Brittany currently serves as the Owner and Psychotherapist at Chrysalis Counseling and Consulting, LLC. Prior to this, they worked as the Area Director - Baltimore Office at Families First Counseling and Psychiatry. Brittany also served as a Clinical Supervisor at Step by Step of Maryland and as a Clinical Milieu Manager at Sheppard Pratt Health System. Brittany has experience as a Staff Therapist at Chase Brexton Health Care, a School Based Therapist at Catholic Charities of Baltimore, and a Clinical Counseling Intern at Mountain Manor Treatment Center. Additionally, they have held administrative roles as an Administrative Assistant at Cornerstone Church and as a Church Administrator at Celebration Church at Arrow Heights. Brittany started their career as a Reimbursement Specialist at Maxim Healthcare Services.

Brittany Sothern holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling which they earned from Liberty University from 2012 to 2014. Prior to this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Vocal Music at Morgan State University from 2003 to 2007.
