Cassy Gardner, LCSW-C, CTRP-C, is a seasoned diagnostic therapist and therapist liaison at Families First Counseling and Psychiatry since June 2018, specializing in trauma resilience and marriage counseling. Prior experience includes serving as a mental health therapist at Families, Inc. Counseling Services and contributing to the non-profit studioMAIN, which fosters collaboration in the design fields. Cassy previously worked in human resources at Polk Stanley Wilcox Architects and completed a clinical social work internship at State of the Heart Counseling Services. Cassy began a career in banking as an assistant branch manager at First Arkansas Bank and Trust and a loan clerk/teller at First Security Bank. Cassy earned a Master of Social Work with a focus on marriage and family therapy from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Resources Management from the same institution.
