Eric Lachapelle

Eric Lachapelle brings extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Conseiller aux Operations at Familiprix since January 2020. Previously, Eric held the position of Directeur des opérations at Aldo Group International from April 2017 to July 2019, where responsibilities included leading the sales and operations team and overseeing the transition of Aldo France into a corporate franchise model. Eric also served as Directeur des opérations at Aldo Group International AG from August 2011 to April 2017, managing a team of 2000 employees across 25 European countries while ensuring brand integrity. Earlier in Eric's career, a significant role was held as Gérant des ventes et opérations international at ALDO Group from August 1990 to April 2011, focusing on franchise openings in South America, Europe, and Asia. Eric holds an ASP in Entrepreneurship from Marguerite-Bourgeoys (2019-2020) and a College (DEC) in Sports Studies from Cégep de Saint-Laurent (1985-1987).
