Rébecca Godin-Berthiaume

Rébecca Godin-Berthiaume, CRHA, currently serves as a Conseillère en ressources humaines at Familiprix since November 2021. Prior experience includes Directrice des ressources humaines at Etiquettes Multi-Action Labels, where responsibilities encompassed establishing the HR department, managing the HR team, and supporting senior management in workforce planning and objectives. Rébecca has also held roles as Consultante en ressources humaines at Go RH and Conseillère en gestion des ressources humaines at globatech, focusing on HR policy creation and employee support. Earlier positions include Coordonnatrice aux Ressources Humaines at AEG and various management roles in retail, where skills in employee management, training, payroll, and conflict resolution were developed. Rébecca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Université Laval and a Diploma in Natural Sciences from Cégep Garneau.
