Service Manager - Friendship Works Youth Mentoring Service at Family Action

Neil Nute has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Neil began their career as a Residential Social Worker at Ealing and Surrey Council in 2003, where they actively promoted the rights of young people and provided individualized care. Neil then worked as a Community Development Officer at Peabody, focusing on engaging young people in physical activities to improve their well-being.

In 2010, Neil joined Friendship Works as a Caseworker, conducting assessments with children and their families and assessing volunteer mentors. Neil continued in this role until 2015.
