Cosima Zimmerman is an accomplished talent management professional with extensive experience in leading talent development strategies across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Vice President of Talent Management at Family Dollar and as the Senior Director of Talent Development at Dollar Tree Stores, Cosima previously held significant roles at Tyson Foods as Head of Talent Development and at CBRE as Vice President of Talent, Learning, and Development. At CBRE, responsibilities included serving as a global talent partner while supporting approximately 15,000 employees, and leading the Global Talent Management Center of Excellence.
