Prior to that, Mitch held various roles at Vivian-Grace Associates, including President & CEO, PharmacoGenetics Clinical Integration Consultant, and Principal Healthcare Coach / Consultant. Before joining Vivian-Grace Associates, Mitch worked at Adventist Health Central Valley Network in multiple roles, such as Director of Program Development, Director of Occupational Medicine, Assistant Director of Occupational Medicine, Clinical Site Manager / Marketing Coordinator of Occupational Medicine, and Grounds / Landscaper. Mitch also has experience as a General Manager at Jacksonville Country Club and as a Financial Services Professional at MetLife Financial Services. Mitch started their career in the United States Department of Defense as a Strategic Ops Officer.
Mitch Goddard, CPC, ELI-MP attended Eastern Oregon State University from 1976 to 1977. Mitch also studied Organizational Leadership at the University of Southern California during the same period. In 2018, Mitch received coaching training from iPEC Coaching.
