Aeryn Williams has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They began their career in 1999 as a k-12 Music Teacher at Cornerstone Christian School, where they were responsible for creating and implementing curriculum, as well as directing concerts and musical performances. They then moved on to Charlotte Christian School in 2001 as a 6-12 Grade Vocal Teacher, where they created and implemented curriculum for the vocal department and served as music director for both junior and senior students.

In 2002, Williams transitioned to the retail industry, working as a Retail Manager at Victoria's Secret until 2006. They then took on a similar managerial role at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store from 2006 to 2010.

Seeking a change, Williams pursued a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling at BGSU from 2011 to 2012. Their next role was as a Clinical Therapist at Family Service of Northwest Ohio from 2013 to 2021. They initially served a year as the primary counselor on the Assertive Community Treatment team and maintained an outpatient caseload. Later, they transitioned to a traditional caseload, providing outpatient counseling and running group therapy sessions.

Simultaneously, Williams served as the Director of Family Service of Northwest Ohio from 2013 to 2021, overseeing a wide range of mental health programs and leading a dedicated team.

In 2018, they started their own practice, Fully Present Counseling and Consiltation Services LLC, where they served as the Owner and Counselor, providing counseling services.

Their most recent position is the Chief Clinical Officer at the Family Resource Center of Northwest Ohio, Inc., which they began in November 2021. In this role, they oversee the clinical operations of the organization.
