Jim Fox, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Jim Fox, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Jim began their career in ADP, where they served as a Human Resources Leader, partnering with the business president and leadership to prioritize and execute talent initiatives. After leaving ADP, Jim worked as a Talent Advisor at ThePeopleFox, where they provided employee engagement expertise to enterprise and mid-market clients in various industries. Jim also worked as a CandE Consultant at Talent Board, where they conducted evaluations of client talent acquisition practices and contributed to workshops and webinars on talent acquisition best practices. Currently, Jim is the Head of Human Resources at the Family Resource Center of Northwest Ohio, where they collaborate with the leadership team to create and execute strategies for employee experience, mission fulfillment, and organizational growth.

Jim Fox, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a Master's degree in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University. Jim also holds additional certifications, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM.
