Nathalie Kuzlik

Nathalie Kuzlik, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles in the field of Human Resources and Registered Dental Hygiene.

Nathalie most recently worked at Grayhill, starting in April 2017 as a Human Resources Administrator, where they performed administrative tasks related to HR functions. Nathalie was then promoted to the role of Human Resources Representative in August 2020, where they took on additional responsibilities in managing employee relations. In October 2021, they moved up again and became a Senior Human Resources Generalist, focusing on providing comprehensive HR support. Nathalie'smost recent role at Grayhill is as a Human Resources Leader, beginning in January 2023.

Prior to working at Grayhill, Nathalie had a brief internship as a Human Resources Intern at Sertoma Centre, Inc. from September 2016 to December 2016, gaining hands-on experience in HR practices.

Before entering the field of HR, Nathalie worked as a Registered Dental Hygienist at Universal Dental Clinic from October 2014 to June 2015.

Nathalie Kuzlik, SHRM-CP, has a diverse education background. Nathalie pursued their higher education starting in 2009 at Moraine Valley Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Associates of Science. Nathalie then attended Prairie State College from 2012 to 2014, earning an Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene/Hygienist. Continuing their educational journey, Nathalie enrolled at Saint Xavier University from 2014 to 2016 and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.

In addition to their academic achievements, Nathalie has also obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in May 2023.
