Erin Saylor

Erin Saylor, LCSW, CWEL, currently serves as the Director of Crisis Services and Manager of 590 Crisis Services at the Family Service Association of Greater Elgin Area, where responsibilities include overseeing crisis intervention initiatives. Erin also works as a therapist at Riverview Counseling Services. Previous experience includes roles as a Victim Advocate at YWCA Metropolitan Chicago and various positions at the Romeoville Recreation Department, including Front Desk Supervisor and Fitness Attendant, focusing on customer service and maintaining records. Erin's initial engagement with social services includes internships as a Family Advocate at The Children's Advocacy Center of North and Northwest Cook County and as an intern at Outreach Community Ministries. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Aurora University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Social Justice and Psychology from Lewis University.
