Katie Phillips

Katie Phillips is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in youth advocacy and social work. Currently serving as a Board Member for Community Access Media and Northeast School District, as well as an Advocate for the Office of Children and Youth Advisory Board, appointed by Chris Drexel, Vice Chairman of Erie County Council, District 5. Previously, Katie has held various roles at Family Services of NW PA since September 2016, including ILP Career Specialist/Youth Media Development, where job creation and independence pathways for youth were prioritized, and ILP Case Manager, focused on life skills development and community resource access. Earlier experience includes serving as a Family-Based Mental Health Social Worker and a Youth Worker at Harborcreek Youth Services. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.
