Rynn Sango has extensive experience in the field of education and parent support. Rynn started their career as a Site Aide at Jefferson County Head Start in 2008, where they performed various tasks such as welcoming parents and students, ensuring their safety on school buses, and providing assistance to children and teachers. Rynn also had administrative duties and trained new employees. From 2012 to 2013, Rynn worked as an Administrative Assistant at the Eli Ashby Healing Arts Center. In 2013, they joined Jefferson County Head Start as a Teacher's Assistant in a low-stimulus classroom, a role they held until 2018. During their time at Head Start, Rynn gained expertise in early childhood education. In 2018, they became a Parent Advisor at The Aspen Institute, where they worked for 7 months to help shape frameworks for post-secondary education for student parents. Rynn's most recent position is at Family Tree, where they have held multiple roles since 2018. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Housing and Employment, responsible for overseeing housing and employment programs. Prior to this role, they were a Program Director and a Parent Support Provider for SafeCare Colorado, a program that supports parents and caregivers of children under five through a proven curriculum focusing on health, safety, and parent-child interactions.

Rynn Sango began their education in 2008 at DeVry University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. They then attended Empire Beauty College from 2010 to 2011 and obtained a Certificate in Cosmetology, Barber/Styling, and Nail Instructor. Subsequently, from 2012 to 2018, Rynn pursued an Associate of Arts degree at Red Rocks Community College. Eventually, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Metropolitan State University of Denver during the period from 2020 to 2022. Rynn Sango has also acquired various certifications, including Motivational Interviewing from Natural Highs in August 2021 and Child Passenger Safety Tech from the National Standardized Child Passenger Safety Program in April 2019. There is an additional certification in Early Childhood obtained at Red Rocks Community College, but the specific month and year of attainment are unknown.
