Jonathan Lagasse

Jonathan Lagasse is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success, sales leadership, and entrepreneurship. As Co-Founder of Familyhood LLC since January 2019, Jonathan co-created the bKindly mobile app and is dedicated to developing family-focused projects. Previously, Jonathan served as VP of Customer Success at Braze, leading a team of over 70 in supporting diverse clients' digital marketing strategies. Jonathan's experience also includes leadership roles at LinkedIn, where management of an Account Service team focused on assisting marketers, and at Slobbr and PawParks LLC, both of which centered around enhancing the experiences of pet owners. Earlier in the career, Jonathan held senior roles at Experian Marketing Services, managing a significant portfolio of enterprise clients and teams. Jonathan holds a BA in English from The George Washington University.
