Sarah Gavin

Sarah Gavin is an experienced Licensed Social Worker with a background in adult development and aging. Since July 2015, Sarah has been serving at FamilyMeans, after previous roles at the Metropolitan Area Agency on Aging from January 2012 to July 2015 and as a Long Term Care Specialist at Good Samaritan Society from October 2007 to April 2012. Currently pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a focus on Adult Development and Aging at Dominican University, Sarah also holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, earned in 2007.
