Steffen Kramer Valsted

Steffen Kramer Valsted is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Lead UX Designer and Analyst at Famly since May 2022, Steffen focuses on user behavior and automation throughout customer journey touchpoints. Prior to this role, Steffen was a UX Designer & Product Owner at Konsolidator, where responsibilities included developing a UX design system and managing the backlog for a cloud-based financial consolidation tool. Steffen's previous positions include UX Designer at Nuuday, UX Strategist and Design Specialist at Volvo Cars, and various UI and usability roles at Nokia Mobile Phones, demonstrating a strong background in UX research, design, and strategic project leadership. Steffen holds a Master's degree in Film and Media Studies from the University of Copenhagen.
