Carmelo Queiroz has a wealth of experience in the business world. Carmelo started their career in 2006 as a Financial Assistant for O POVO - Grupo de Comunicação. In 2007, they became a Customer Relationship Manager at PS Informática LTDA, where they started a new department of customer relationship and retention, improving churn rate, and increasing average sales ticket per company. In 2009, they were Managing Partner for both Nutrimax and Barros companys, where they developed a new process and business approach focusing on ROI and LTV, opened new sales channels, trained sales teams, changed the relationship with users, and generated 4.5x their revenues. Carmelo was also a Park and Pipe Crew for Windham Mountain in 2009. In 2011, they became Co-founder and CEO of Logovia - Design do Seu Jeito, a marketplace that connects SMBs with designers freelancers, and scaled the business until reaching the second largest design marketplace in LATAM. In 2015, they became a Board Member and Partner - CRO and CCO for We Do Logos. Finally, in 2017, they became a Partner - Head of People and Operations and a Partner - Product Manager for Fanatee.
